Making Calls: $0.0180/min - $10 will give you about 555 calls

Receiving Calls: $0.0085 - $10 will give you about 1176 calls

SMS Messages: $0.0079/Segment (160 characters) - $10 will give you about 1265 segments

Email Messages: $0.675/1000 emails - $10 will give you about 14,000 emails

Segments - 1 segment is equal to an SMS of 160 characters if a message exceeds 160 characters, it will utilize 2 message segments

Do you offer support?

How do I access the knowledge base? You can access the knowledge base directly through your LeadSuite.io menu. It contains guides, tutorials, and FAQs to help you with common tasks and issues.

What types of issues are covered under basic troubleshooting? Basic troubleshooting covers issues like login problems, basic setup assistance, pre-built automation templates, basic workflow setup, simple triggered based automations, and general navigation help within the platform.

What are the support hours for the Basic Support Package? Support is available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (your local time zone). Emails received outside of these hours will be addressed the next business day.
